Mission

PTA’s mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

The Seattle Special Education PTSA 6.15.508 serves Seattle residents. The PTSA is made up of families and other caregivers, students, and educators. We advocate for students with disabilities along with their families, guardians, educators, and others in the associated community. We are in Region 6 of the Washington State PTA, and our council is the Seattle Council PTSA.

We advocate for students with disabilities whether or not they are identified (with an IEP or a 504 Plan) in the Seattle School District.

Assist

We assist families of students with disabilities as they navigate the education system.
