I’m excited to join SSEPTSA as Treasurer! I’ve lived in Seattle since 1998 and work in the tech industry. My wife and I have two sons, ages 10 and 14, and both have IEPs.
We’ve experienced the special education process firsthand, from IEP meetings to placing one of our sons in a non-public agency (NPA) school. When we were figuring out how to advocate for our kids in a district that still struggles to support students with disabilities, SSEPTSA’s resources were a lifeline. I’m glad to give back and help ensure other families can find that same support.
